HTB Walton on Thames was launched in 2003 as an independent estate agents and is still run by Richard Harmes, Steve Turner and Peter Brown. The Walton office covers Walton on Thames, Hersham, Weybridge and the surrounding areas. Our second office HTB East Molesey was launched in the summer of 2018 and has very quickly established itself as a market leader in the Molesey property market covering East Molesey, West Molesey, Esher and the surrounding areas.

COVID Working Policy

In these strange times, your safety is our priority.

• With COVID-19 still in the community, our aim is to ensure your safety during your move both in our office and at your home. As such, we have introduced the following COVID-19 Working Policy.
  • • We have completed a COVID-19 Risk Assessment for our office and for your home when on viewings and valuations. You can view this Risk Assessment here.
  • • All surfaces in our offices are cleaned regularly and we have provided hand sanitizers for customers and our staff.
  • • Our office has been specially laid out so everyone can safely follow social distancing and we require face coverings to be worn in both our office and at your home.
  • • We have been keeping a record of all staff, contractors and clients for 21 days in line with the NHS Track and Trace service.
  • • We offer video viewings and video valuations to reduce face-to-face meetings as much as possible.
  • • If you have any coronavirus symptoms, no matter how mild, we will turn you away from our office.
  • • To avoid crowding, we have put in place an appointment only system in our office and when on viewings.
These policies are in-line with the Government advice and are backed up by law. Our aim has always been to help you move home, and by following these COVID working policies we can ensure we can keep you safe during your move.
